Return & Exchange Policy

• Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within the same day of delivery. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, underwear, socks, and custom orders are final sale unless defective.

• Process:

1. Contact us at Flowparadise.info@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. We will provide return instructions and a return label (if applicable).

3. Refunds will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your return. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
